Who knows the community better than the people who live there? There are things that statistics, surveys and observations can't tell us, that are only apparent to those who live there.

The citizen participation process is critical to all planning services provided by BWR. Based on the right in the center approach that public support and participation is a key ingredient to a successful plan, we establish an effective public information and participation program.
